Restaurant Hotline Plus announced the launch of RH+, a cloud-based weekly performance system built for independent restaurant owners and operators. Created by Gary Van Gundy, a restaurant industry professional with more than 40 years of experience from line-level operations to executive leadership, RH+ turns a few minutes of weekly input into an Operational Score, a ranked priority list, and an executive report — giving operators a clear read on their business before the week gets away from them.
Each week, operators enter key metrics — labor, revenue by channel, and operating costs — and RH+ returns a 0–100 Operational Score along with a prioritized list of what to fix first, in under fifteen minutes. The platform supports single and multi-location operations, with role-based access for owners, managers, and area leaders.
