This policy covers the RH+ Weekly Report Chrome extension specifically. It is separate from, and narrower than, the general Restaurant Hotline Plus website Privacy Policy, since the extension collects and shares far less than the website does.
RH+ Weekly Report lets you enter your restaurant's weekly sales, purchase, and labor figures to calculate your Prime Cost and view an operational snapshot for the week, directly from your browser toolbar.
The numbers you enter — sales, purchases, labor, and your operational ratings — are stored only in your own browser's local storage, using Chrome's standard storage API. This data stays on your device. It is not transmitted to GVG3 Solutions, Restaurant Hotline Plus, or any third party, and it is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than displaying your own report back to you.
If you choose to unlock the full report, you are directed to a secure, separate checkout page hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. GVG3 Solutions does not see, receive, or store your card details — that information is handled entirely by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your data to third parties. We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to generating your weekly report, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
